Changing Organisation Features and Your Logo

Enable or disable the Swap Board, save organisation settings, and upload an automatically optimised logo.

Update your organisation's settings

Organisation Admins and Super Admins can manage these settings when Organisation Settings access is available. Check that the correct organisation is selected before editing.

Step 1: Enable or disable the Swap Board

  1. Open Settings → General and scroll to Swap Board.
  2. Set Enable Swap Board to Disabled or Enabled (Staff can post shifts to swap).
  3. When enabled, review Max Advance Posting (Days) and Auto-Expire Before Shift (Hours).
  4. Select Save Changes and wait for Changes Saved.

An organisation-wide disabled feature is unavailable even if a role's Page Access permission allows it. Disabling the Swap Board removes its staff links and access.

Step 2: Upload or replace the logo

  1. In Settings → General → Organization Details, select the file chooser beside Organization Logo.
  2. Choose a PNG, JPG or WebP image up to 15MB.
  3. Keep Full logo to preserve the entire image, or choose Crop to fit and adjust the preview.
  4. Select Save Logo and wait for the upload to finish. The logo is optimised automatically and saved to the organisation.

New uploads are compressed while preserving proportions and supported transparency. Older uploaded logos are not automatically replaced; upload a fresh copy if you want to optimise one.

If settings do not save

Read the error beside the Save Changes button, correct the reported issue and retry. Your edits remain available after a failed save. If settings could not load, select Retry loading settings before editing.
