Manage signup offers

Platform Super Admins manage codes in Super Admin → Coupon Codes. Codes are used at organisation signup. Existing customer terms are copied to the organisation when accepted; editing a code later changes future signups only.

Create a staged offer

  1. Open Coupons and create a code.
  2. Choose percentage discount or active-user monthly price for each stage. For a free stage, use 100% off.
  3. Set the duration in calendar months, or make the final stage ongoing. Arrange the stages in the order they should apply.
  4. Review the complete offer, expiry date and use limit, then save.

For example, set 100% off for one month, followed by $7 per active user per month plus GST for 12 months. Standard pricing resumes after those stages. An ongoing final stage has no scheduled end. The offer starts at signup, including trial time. An initial timed 100% free stage sets the end of the initial free period and first invoice date to its calendar-month boundary.

Active-user pricing leaves archived seats at $1 plus GST. Percentage discounts apply to the full seat subtotal before GST. Standard pricing is $11 per active seat and $1 per archived seat plus GST. See Starting Your Trial and Using Coupons for the customer's signup flow.

Edit or bring a code back

  1. Find the existing code and open Edit.
  2. To reactivate an expired code, set a new expiry or remove the expiry, make it active and check that its use limit still allows another signup.
  3. Review any revised stages and save. Existing uses remain counted.

Expiry is the deadline for new redemptions through the end of the selected day in Adelaide. It does not cancel an existing customer's accepted discount. Deactivating a code also stops future redemption without rewriting accepted customer terms. Existing open-ended percentage codes continue to work.

Offer signup invoice credit

  1. Create or edit a code and enter the Signup credit amount in AUD.
  2. Choose whether to combine it with pricing stages or offer credit on its own.
  3. Set the Redeem by date and optional use limit, review the complete offer, then save.

For example, $250 signup credit with a Redeem by date of 31 October grants that invoice credit to organisations successfully signing up with the code through the selected day's deadline. It automatically offsets future ShiftRova invoices; any unused balance carries forward. The redemption deadline does not expire a credit grant already accepted.

Credit-only offers keep the ordinary $1 signup payment and 30-day trial. Combining credit with a free initial pricing stage follows that stage's signup-payment and trial rules. Invoice credit never offsets the $1 signup payment.

Editing the amount, extending the deadline or deactivating a code affects future signups only. Existing accepted pricing and granted credit stay with the organisation, and existing uses stay counted. This credit is for ShiftRova invoices, not cash or a general-purpose wallet.
