Starting Your $1 Trial, Signup & Coupon Codes

Create an organisation, start the 30-day trial, and understand signup coupon codes.

Start your organisation trial

A successful $1.00 AUD card payment starts a 30-day trial. This is separate from your first monthly invoice.

Sign up

  1. Open Signup and enter your organisation and account details.
  2. Enter a coupon code if you have one, and check that it has been accepted.
  3. Complete the card payment when required and finish account setup.
  4. Open the dashboard as Organisation Admin, then follow the setup guide to configure your organisation and invite your team.

Coupon codes

  • A partial discount reduces ongoing monthly invoices; it does not reduce the $1 trial payment.
  • A valid 100% coupon skips the signup card payment and starts the trial.
  • Codes can expire or reach their use limit. Use the response shown during signup to check whether yours applies.

Before the trial ends

Open Settings → Billing to review the upcoming invoice, billing contact, and due date. The first monthly invoice is scheduled for the trial end. Direct Debit can be added after signup; it is not the payment used to start the trial.

If you do not want to continue, contact ShiftRova before the trial ends to arrange cancellation.
