Correct a timesheet before approval

Managers and Organisation Admins with Timesheets access can correct records. Confirm the person's actual start, finish and unpaid breaks before changing their hours.

Edit directly in the list

  1. Open Timesheets and filter to the member and date you need.
  2. Click a Clock In, Clock Out, Breaks or Total hours value.
  3. Enter the correction, then press Enter or click away to save. Press Escape to cancel.
  4. Check the saved values and net hours. Editing paid hours recalculates Clock Out from Clock In, adding the paid duration and unpaid break minutes.

Handle an overnight finish

A +1 or other day badge beside Clock Out shows how many organisation-calendar days separate the finish from the start. Hover over or focus the badge to read the full finish date. Editing only the displayed clock time preserves that date.

To change the date itself, open the timesheet and use the full Clock In and Clock Out date/time fields in Edit Timesheet, then choose Save Changes.

Undo a recent correction

Use the row's Undo arrow to reverse the last saved change. Up to three recent changes per row are available during the current session. If someone else has changed the record, refresh and review it; undo will not overwrite a conflicting change. Saved corrections remain in the audit history.
