Download reviewed operational records
NDIS Reviewed Exports is a separate optional organisation module, off for existing organisations unless Super Admin grants it. The enabled NDIS pack, role permission and relevant record capabilities remain required. Super Admin can explicitly assign suitable tools to another organisation without changing its industry. Authorised Managers and Admins use it; Managers are limited to their assigned locations.
Choose the date range and filters
- Open Manage → NDIS Support → Reviewed exports.
- Choose From date and To date (inclusive). The range uses the organisation timezone and the support shift's start date.
- Choose Export location, Participant and Team member, or leave the selections at all permitted records.
- Select Download reviewed CSV and wait for the verified download.
- Keep the downloaded file in your organisation's secure records storage.
Each download covers up to one year and 5,000 reviewed records. Filter selectors show reviewed records within your current scope; if more than 100 names qualify, narrow the date range or location to find another option.
Understand which records qualify
Only notes, travel and awake entries currently APPROVED by a separate reviewer are included. Submitted or returned entries, self-reviewed entries, and automatically approved travel without another reviewer are excluded. Disabled record capabilities and other locations' records remain excluded.
The CSV includes the record identity/version, location, support shift, participant where applicable, author, relevant operational details, reviewer and review note. Dates are labelled in organisation time. Formula-looking text is safely escaped for spreadsheet use.
Check completion and history
The app verifies its completion receipt before offering the file. If the connection or permission changes before completion, the download is not presented as confirmed; keep the filters and retry after reviewing access. An expired-session link lets you sign in again in another tab without losing the current filters.
The support audit records export filters and row counts, not the private contents of the exported records. A completion entry confirms that the stream finished; it does not prove where the file is later stored or who subsequently reads it.
These are operational evidence exports. They do not create NDIS claims, participant budgets, invoices or payroll calculations. Review the organisation's separate reporting and payroll requirements before using them in another system. See Managing NDIS Support for recording and review.
